Tourney Command

Canadian charity golf — done right

Every dollar you raise should reach your cause.

A complete tournament website — registration, sponsors, donations, check-in, live scoring — for one flat fee. We never take a cut of what you raise, and your data stays in Canada.

● No cut of donations   ● Data hosted in Canada   ● Your own Square account

Three reasons organisers switch

The honest platform in a category full of hidden fees.

$

Zero skim

Donations flow straight to your own Square account. We add nothing on top — no percentage, no per-golfer fee, ever.

Them: 2.5%–6.9% of everything you raise
Us: $0

Everything included

Live scoring, the Big Board, check-in, sponsors, donations — all in one flat fee. Every feature we ever build, included too.

Them: live scoring is a $299 add-on
Us: no paywalls

Canadian data

Your donors’ information is stored in Canada, on Canadian infrastructure — not under US law like the big platforms.

The checkbox

"Cover the processing fee?"

A box shown to your donor at checkout. Most tick yes — so the platform’s cut comes out of the people giving to your cause.

The paywall

Basics locked behind a tier

Live scoring as a paid add-on. Print materials behind a $2,500 spend cliff. The features you need cost extra.

The cliff

"Free" up to a limit

Free until you hit a player count or dollar threshold — then the real pricing kicks in, mid-season.

The tip

"Add a tip for the platform"

Same move, friendlier word. Up to 6.9% skimmed from donations, framed as generosity.

When "free" isn't free

Some platforms are free to you — and cost your golfers instead.

Credit where it’s due: a few fundraising platforms take nothing from your organisation. They make their money another way — by pre-checking a “tip” (often 15%) onto your golfers at checkout. On a full field, that adds up fast.

Answer the wizard

Tell us about your event — name, date, course, packages, sponsors. A few minutes.

Your site goes live

We build and publish your full tournament website automatically. No design work on your end.

Connect & point

Link your own Square, and put it on your own domain if you like. You keep both.

Run your tournament

Registrations, sponsors, check-in, live scoring, the Big Board — all from your Command Centre.

No percentages. No surprises.

One flat fee. Here's exactly what you pay.

$ 0

Flat, per tournament

✓ The full tournament website, built for you
✓ Every feature — live scoring, Big Board, check-in, sponsors, donations
✓ Your own Square — you keep 100% of what you raise
✓ 30 days of hosting after your event
✓ Every feature we build in future — included

Optional, always shown up front: keep your site live longer (from $150, or $299/yr) · your own domain (+$300). The only things that ever cost extra are real, physical things — printed signage, prize merchandise — at cost plus a fair margin. Never a fee to unlock software.

Data sovereignty

Your donors' data stays in Canada.

The big platforms are American — which puts your supporters’ information under US law, no matter where their servers sit. TourneyCommand stores your data in Canada, on Canadian infrastructure. For a charity, that’s not a technicality. It’s trust.

Keep every dollar. Keep it in Canada.

Book your 2027 tournament before December 31 and save $250.
