Your golfers pay into YOUR Square account — TourneyCommand never touches what you raise. These settings only decide who absorbs your processor's fee.
Your payment processor charges a fee on every card transaction. You can absorb it, or add it to what the golfer pays. This is your call — we take nothing either way.
These are Square Canada's current published rates — confirm yours. Square's fee schedule. An extra 1.5% applies to cards issued outside Canada.
Add-on games sold in person (50/50, raffles, mulligans) can pass your processor’s in-person fee to the buyer, who picks debit or credit at the table. Cash is never charged a fee. Leave blank to use the standard rates.
Confirmations and receipts are sent by your tournament site, so they arrive reliably without you setting anything up. Your address is where replies, enquiries and copies land — use whichever inbox you actually read.
Want emails sent from your own address instead? We can set that up after launch — it needs a few settings at your email provider.
Payments always go straight to your own Square account — TourneyCommand never touches what you raise. This is only the flat platform fee to run your site.
